Mobile Home Permit Application

According to City Ordinances, a permit is required to maintain or operate any manufactured home park, mobile home park, or travel trailer park within the City of Tahlequah unless they hold a valid license issued annually by the City.

Fees

The fee for a Mobile Home Park Permit is $50 annually per mobile home.  

Additional Information

Every person holding a license shall notify the City of Tahlequah in writing within 24 hours after having sold, transferred, given away or otherwise disposed of interest in or control of any mobile home park, manufactured home park, or travel trailer park. The notice shall include the name and address of the person succeeding to the ownership or control of such park.
