According to City Ordinance, each itinerant vendor, solicitor or peddler shall obtain a license form the City of Tahlequah prior to any soliciting in the City. Owners or lessees of buildings or other sites in which itinerant vendors operate or locate must obtain a blanket license covering all itinerant vendors who will be established in the building or site controlled by the owner or lessee.
Fees
The fees for an Itinerant Vendor License(PDF) are:
- $10 per day
- $30 per week
- $60 per month
- $150 per six months
The fees for a Blanket Itinerant Vendor License(PDF) are:
- $30 per day
- $80 per week
- $300 per month
- $500 per six months
Print the application form and deliver it to City Hall, located at 111 S. Cherokee Ave., between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 7:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Friday.
