Sealed bids subject to the conditions and provisions presented herein will be received until 11:00 AM Local Time, Tuesday, February 24, 2026, and then publicly opened and read at 111 S. Cherokee, Tahlequah, Oklahoma 74464, for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment and performing all work necessary to:

Base Bid: Construct Taxilane and Relocate Automated Weather Observing System (AWOS)

Plans and Specifications are on file and may be examined at the office of the City Clerk, 111 S. Cherokee, Tahlequah, Oklahoma 74464, and at the office of the Consulting Engineers, Lochner, 6301 Waterford Blvd., Ste. 310, Oklahoma City, OK 73118.

These project documents may be downloaded for $25.00. Payment must be made directly to www.QuestCDN.com. There will be no refunds. The QuestCDN project number is 9742372. Bid quantities may be viewed prior to purchase under the “view bid documents” section on QuestCDN. Questions concerning the Plans and Specifications for this project should be submitted via www.QuestCDN.com. Questions from potential bidders will be received until 12:00 PM Local Time, Tuesday, February 17, 2026.

All bidders submitting a bid must obtain an electronic copy of bid documents from QuestCDN to submit a valid bid. Any proposal submitted that was obtained from an outside source other than QuestCDN will be considered an irregular proposal and will be eligible for rejection. When the bidder purchases a set of bid documents, the bidder will be placed on a plan holder’s list which is necessary to supply bidders of any addenda that may be issued for the project. The bidder will be responsible for downloading, printing and distributing the documents to suppliers and subcontractors.

A pre-bid meeting for this project will be held at 11:00 AM Local Time, Friday, February 13, 2026, at the Tahlequah Municipal Airport Terminal Building, 2100 Airport Pkwy, Tahlequah, Oklahoma 74464.

Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid guaranty in the amount of five (5) percent of the total amount of the bid. The bid guaranty may be by certified check or bid bond made payable to the City of Tahlequah, Oklahoma.

Bids may be held by the City of Tahlequah, Oklahoma for a period not to exceed forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of evaluating bids prior to award of contract.

The right is reserved, as the City of Tahlequah, Oklahoma may require, to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bids received.
